Our property is available for long-term stays of 1 year or longer and is offered exclusively as a complete property. The apartments cannot be rented individually.
Ideal for individuals, families, remote workers, international employees, companies, or agencies, the property may be used for private accommodation or for subletting purposes.
The two apartments together can accommodate up to 9 guests in total, providing comfortable and flexible living space for extended stays.
Heating & Cooling: The property is equipped with three air-conditioning units, providing both cooling and heating. Additional heating is available through a fireplace and electric heaters.
Parking: The property includes two private parking spaces. Additional public parking is available around the property and at the entrance to the village.
Internet: Wi-Fi with unlimited 4G data is included. Starlink internet can be installed upon request for enhanced connectivity.
Long-Term Rental prices:
€1,400 / month for a 12-month contract
Prices include exclusive use of both apartments for up to 9 persons.
Discounts are available for reduced occupancy (1–6 persons).
